Use this pre-bulk sampling checklist to improve quality consistency and avoid expensive production revisions.
A sample should be approved only after fit, measurements, stitching quality, and print/embroidery placement are verified against your tech pack. Visual approval alone is not enough for B2B programs.
Confirm fabric behavior after wash when relevant. Shrinkage, color fastness, and panel distortion can appear after finishing and impact bulk quality.
Record all corrections in one consolidated revision note. Split feedback across chats and emails often causes production misalignment.
Before bulk kickoff, request confirmation that sample corrections are locked in production files and line instructions.
