A strong tech pack is the fastest way to reduce sampling mistakes and production delays. It should include measurements, tolerances, stitch details, artwork placement, trim specifications, and finishing requirements.

Use one approved version of the tech pack and lock it before bulk planning. Share reference images and fit comments in the same file set so your manufacturer can align sample corrections without confusion.
